Garden of Skye Smokehouse
Welcome to the Garden of Skye Smokehouse, nestling amid the beautiful scenery of Sleat, in south Skye, and in the shadow of the majestic Cuillin Hills, the finest mountains in Scotland.
We are a small family run business producing traditional smoked game, fish and cheese.
Using traditional food smoking techniques, by combining old curing methods with modern cooking equipment, all our products are free from artifical additives and flavourings.
Located on the Isle of Skye, we are perfectly situated for the sourcing of local venison and premium Scottish salmon from the Highlands and Islands.
We also produce Hickory Smoked Mixed Nuts, an unusual but very more-ish nibble and a delicious lightly smoked French Brie and a delicious creamy smoked Goat's Cheese from Wales.
You will find us in the beautiful crofting ownship of Tarskavaig, by following signs on the Broadford - Armadale road to the Isles, taking in the amazing views of the Cuillin as you go. Click here for our page on how to find us.
